🚚 Shipping Policy – ThriftRise

At ThriftRise, we ensure your thrifted finds are packed carefully and delivered safely and on time. Since our items are unique pre-owned pieces, every order is handled with special care.

⏳ 1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Some COD orders may require simple verification before dispatch to prevent misuse.

🚚 2. Shipping Partners

We ship through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, XpressBees, India Post and others, depending on service availability in your area.

📦 3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 working days after dispatch
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be available and will be clearly mentioned.

🔍 5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

🏠 6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your address and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout.
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failure, re-shipping charges may apply.

📦 7. Lost / Delayed / Damaged Parcels

If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

• We will assist you in raising a courier investigation
• If confirmed lost, we will provide a refund or replacement/store credit
• Damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours with photos/videos

We always support our customers in resolving shipping issues fairly.

🌍 8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.

📦 9. Split Deliveries

If multiple products are ordered, they may ship in one or multiple parcels depending on logistics. We will inform you if this occurs.
