At ThriftRise, we work hard to make sure your thrifted finds reach you quickly, safely, and at the most affordable shipping rates possible. Since our items are unique and handpicked thrift pieces, every order is packed carefully to maintain quality.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, dispatch is done only after advance payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders through trusted third-party courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, and others.

Courier partner is automatically assigned based on your location and service availability.

Customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email once the order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days depending on courier coverage

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery speed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website/social media.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID/link.

Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel using the provided link.
6. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to wrong address/unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Delays & Lost Parcels

While we ensure timely dispatch, delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

If your parcel is lost/damaged in transit:

We will raise a claim with the courier partner.

If confirmed lost, we will offer a refund or store credit for the order value.

Damaged packages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos/videos.
8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India.

9. Split / Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.
