At ThriftRise.com, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully to understand how we handle requests.
1. Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged item, we require video proof to be submitted immediately upon receiving the product. Please follow these steps:
- Record a clear video showing the unboxing process and the damaged item.
- Contact our customer support team via email at hi@thriftrise.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and the video proof in your message.
Once we receive the required proof, we will review your claim and offer either:
- A replacement of the same or similar item (subject to availability).
- A refund if a replacement is not possible.
2. Size Issues:
If you encounter sizing issues with your order, we are happy to provide an exchange for a similar item. However, due to the unique nature of our thrift and vintage collection, we cannot guarantee an exact match for the exchanged product.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Please return the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).
- We will send you a similar item in the correct size based on availability.
Please note, that return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
3. No Returns on Thrift/Vintage Items:
Due to the nature of our business and the affordability of our products, returns are not guaranteed. As we deal in pre-owned, thrift, and vintage items, we ensure the quality of every product before shipping. Therefore, once the product has been delivered in good condition, we cannot offer returns for reasons other than damage or size exchange.
4. Affordable Prices, Limited Availability:
We pride ourselves on offering high-quality thrift and vintage items at affordable prices. Please understand that the uniqueness of our items means that stock is limited, and we may not be able to provide an exact exchange in case of a return or size issue.
