At ThriftRise, we carefully handpick and inspect all thrift items before listing them. Since these are preloved/second-hand pieces, slight signs of wear may be expected. However, we value your trust and want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and transparent.

Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully:


โœ… Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

We only accept refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered

    • If the product you received is completely different from what you ordered.

  2. Size/Measurement Mismatch

    • If the item does not match the measurements mentioned in the product description.

    • Note: Small differences (1โ€“2 inches) due to manual measurement are not considered errors.

  3. Not as Described / Major Defect

    • If the item has a significant defect (hole, tear, damage) not mentioned in the description or shown in the photos.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Eligible Cases (No Refund / Exchange)

  1. Change of Mind โ€“ We cannot accept returns if you no longer want the item.

  2. Minor Wear or Fading โ€“ Since items are thrifted, slight signs of use, fading, or loose threads are normal.

  3. Color Variations โ€“ Differences in shade due to lighting/photography are not grounds for return.

  4. Clearance / Discounted Items โ€“ Sale items are final and non-returnable.

  5. Late Claims โ€“ Requests raised after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.


๐Ÿ“ฆ How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Raise a Request

    • Contact us via Email or Instagram DM within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Proof

    • Share an unboxing video + clear photos of the item received.

    • This is mandatory to validate your claim.

  3. Return Approval

    • Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.

  4. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refund Process

  • Refund Method โ€“ Store Credit (preferred) or Bank Transfer.

  • Processing Time โ€“ Within 5โ€“7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Partial Refunds โ€“ If the product is returned in a different condition than delivered (damaged, washed, or used), a partial refund or rejection may apply.


๐Ÿ”„ Exchange Process

  • Exchange Availability โ€“ Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide store credit/refund instead.

  • Exchanges are processed only once per order.

  • All thrift items are unique pieces, so exact replacements may not always be possible.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
