Customer Satisfaction Priority: ThriftRise.com emphasizes ensuring every order meets customer expectations.
- Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged item, you must submit video proof immediately upon receiving the product.
- Steps to Follow:
- Record a clear video showing the unboxing process and the damaged item.
- Contact customer support via email at hi@thriftrise.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and the video proof in your message.
- Resolution:
- After review, ThriftRise will offer either:
- A replacement of the same or similar item (subject to availability).
- A refund if a replacement is not possible.

- Sizing Issues:
- If you encounter sizing issues, ThriftRise provides an exchange for a similar item. Direct exchanges are not available; you must return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
- General Return Policy:
- ThriftRise offers a 7-day return policy.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Additional Notes:
- For incorrect items received, contact customer support at hi@thriftrise.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process and receive the correct item.
- Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but returns can be processed upon receipt per the return policy.
