At ThriftRise, we provide accurate measurements, size tags, and real product images to help you make the right choice.
📏 Size / Fit Issues
- Returns or refunds are not applicable for size or fit issues if measurements are clearly mentioned in the listing.
- Minor variation of 1–2 inches may occur due to manual measurement and is considered acceptable.
- Fit may vary depending on brand, cut, and individual body type.
👉 We strongly recommend comparing measurements with your existing garments before placing an order.
📦 Missing Items Policy (Important)
We ensure all orders are carefully checked, counted, and securely packed before dispatch.
❗ In case of missing items:
To raise a valid claim, you must provide:
- 🎥 Full unboxing video (starting before opening the parcel)
- 📸 Clear photos of all received items and packaging
⚠️ Important Conditions:
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
- If the package is received properly sealed and unopened, missing item claims cannot be verified
- Parcel weight and packing records may be used for verification
🚫 Not Eligible (Missing Items)
Claims will be rejected if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- The package was received intact with no signs of tampering
- The claim is raised after 48 hours of delivery
✅ Eligible (Missing Items)
You may be eligible for resolution if:
- A valid unboxing video clearly shows missing items
- Packaging appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery
✔ Eligible for Refund / Exchange
You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:
1️⃣ Wrong Item Delivered
You received a different product than the one you ordered.
2️⃣ Not as Described / Major Undisclosed Defect
If a product has a significant defect that was not shown in photos or mentioned in the description.
3️⃣ Measurement Mismatch
If the measurements differ significantly from what was mentioned in the listing
(Minor 1–2-inch manual differences are not considered errors.)
❌ Not Eligible For Refund / Exchange
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Minor wear consistent with pre-owned clothing
- Size / fit issues if measurements were clearly provided
- Damage caused after delivery
- Missing item claims without proper proof (as above)
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability because items are single pieces.
If the same product is unavailable, you may:
- Choose another product of equal value
or - Request a refund
Only one exchange is allowed per order.

📦 Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to our mistake, we cover return shipping.
- If the return is customer-initiated, the customer pays shipping charges.
💳 Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank transfer (where applicable).
Processing Time: 7–15 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
If an item is returned damaged, used, or altered from the delivered condition, the refund may be declined.

- All thrift items are limited, one-of-a-kind pieces, so replacements may not always be possible.
