What is ThriftRise and what kind of products do you sell?

ThriftRise is an online thrift store in India offering unique pre-owned clothing from popular brands. We sell thrift jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, streetwear, outdoor wear, cargo pants, jerseys and other one-of-a-kind fashion pieces.

Are ThriftRise products original and pre-owned?

Our products are individually sourced pre-owned items. Each item is inspected before listing, and we provide product photos, brand details, size, condition and other available information so you can review the item before ordering.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India?

COD availability depends on the order and delivery location. For eligible orders, a small advance payment may be required and the remaining balance is collected on delivery. Available payment options are shown during checkout.

Can I return or exchange a thrift item?

Eligible return or exchange requests can be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Missing, wrong or damaged item claims should be reported within 48 hours. Because thrift products are pre-owned, minor normal wear that does not affect wearability may not qualify as a defect.

Are the product photos of the actual thrift item I will receive?

Yes. Because thrift items are unique, the product photos are intended to show the individual item being offered. Please review all available photos and product details before placing your order.
