Return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging and tags (if any).

Returns may be declined if:

• The item is used, washed, or altered
• The product is damaged after delivery
• Request does not meet policy conditions

Not mandatory, but strongly recommended as it helps in faster verification and approval.

Once we receive the item, it goes through a quality inspection to ensure it matches the original condition before approving a refund.

• Otherwise → Shipping charges are non-refundable

Yes, you may choose store credit (if offered), which can be used for future purchases.

If a different item is returned, the refund will be rejected, and the product may be shipped back at your cost.

You may need to self-ship the product to our return address. Shipping instructions will be provided.

We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. All parcels are sealed securely.

To raise a missing item concern, you must provide:

• 🎥 Full unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
• 📸 Clear photos of received items and packaging

Without this proof, we won’t be able to verify the claim.

Unfortunately, claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

We strongly recommend recording a video while opening every order.

If the package looks opened, torn, or damaged:

• Record a video immediately
• Do not accept the parcel if heavily tampered with
• Contact us immediately with proof

We will investigate with the courier.
