At Thriftrise.com, we deal in handpicked thrifted and pre-loved items. Please note that returns and exchanges are only accepted if:

• You receive the wrong size than what you ordered, or

• The item is not as described/listed on our website.

📦 Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchange/return is only applicable within India.

⚡ Processing Time:

• Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and usually processed within 5–7 business days.

• You’ll receive a Return Notification email/WhatsApp update once completed.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 2–4 business days after approval.
