Welcome to ThriftRise. By accessing or using thriftrise.com or purchasing from us, you agree to the Terms of Service stated below. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue using our website.

1. About ThriftRise

ThriftRise is an Indian online thrift store offering pre-owned/second-hand, handpicked apparel.
All products are unique single-piece items, and availability may change without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website means acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• Minors may shop only under parental guidance.
• You agree that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and true.

3. Products & Listings

• All items are pre-owned unless clearly stated otherwise.
• We provide real photographs, detailed descriptions, sizing, and condition grading.
• Slight color differences due to lighting or display settings may occur.
• Minor wear may exist as these are pre-loved items.

Customers are encouraged to read product details carefully before purchasing.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees).
• Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways, UPI, and digital payment options.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), verification or a small advance confirmation may be required to prevent misuse.

Orders are processed only after successful payment or confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–10 working days, depending on the destination.
• A tracking link is provided after dispatch.

While delays may sometimes occur due to courier operations or external circumstances beyond our control, we always assist customers in resolving shipping-related concerns.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are unique thrift pieces, returns are limited. Refunds or exchanges are accepted only in cases where:

• Wrong item received
• Measurements significantly differ from the description
• Major defect not mentioned in listing

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, false claims, or unauthorized chargebacks
• Misuse our content or images without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the website

8. Intellectual Property

All content on thriftrise.com including images, product descriptions, branding elements, and materials belong to ThriftRise and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ThriftRise is not liable for:

• Minor color or appearance variations
• Minor wear consistent with pre-owned clothing
• Shipping delays beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders or restrict access to our website if policies are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
