Returns or refunds are not applicable for size or fit issues if measurements are clearly mentioned in the listing.

If a product has a significant defect that was not shown in photos or mentioned in the description.

3️⃣ Measurement Mismatch

If the measurements differ significantly from what was mentioned in the listing.

(Minor 1–2 inch manual differences are not considered errors.)

❌ Not Eligible For Refund / Exchange

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Minor wear consistent with pre-owned clothing
• Size / fit issues if measurements were clearly provided
• Damage caused after delivery
• Claims of damage without proper opening/unboxing video proof

🎥 Important Video Proof Requirement

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item, or a parcel tampering issue, an opening/unboxing video recorded from the start of the package opening is mandatory for verification and claim approval.

Claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products may be declined without valid video proof.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to availability because items are single pieces.

If the same product is unavailable, you may:

• Choose another product of equal value
or
• Request a refund

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

• If the issue is due to our mistake, we cover return shipping.
• If the return is customer-initiated, the customer pays shipping charges.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank transfer (where applicable).

Processing Time: 7–15 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

If an item is returned damaged, used, washed, or altered from the delivered condition, the refund may be declined.

Please do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging is heavily damaged, torn, opened, or appears tampered with at the time of delivery.
