Welcome to ThriftRise. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website thriftrise.com, our social media pages, and the purchase of our products. By accessing, browsing, or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website.

1. General Information

  • ThriftRise is an online thrift store that sells preloved / second-hand / imported handpicked items.

  • All products listed are unique pieces, and availability is subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our website.

  • If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide (name, email, phone, shipping address, etc.) are accurate and true.

3. Products & Listings

  • All products are thrift/second-hand unless otherwise stated.

  • We make every effort to display product details, sizes, colors, and conditions accurately. However:

    • Slight differences in color due to screen settings or photography may occur.

    • Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly (1–2 inches).

    • Since these are preloved items, minor signs of wear, fading, or loose threads may exist.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully read product descriptions before placing an order.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are final & non-negotiable.

  • We accept payments via UPI, GPay, Bank Transfer, and other secure gateways.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment (20% of order value) is required. Remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines usually range from 4–7 working days, depending on the courier and location.

  • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Since we deal in unique thrift items, all sales are generally final.

  • Refunds/Exchanges are only accepted in cases where:

    1. A wrong item was sent.

    2. The size/measurements do not match the description.

    3. The item is not as described (major defect not mentioned).

  • Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing video/photo proof.

  • More details are outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy (which forms part of these Terms).

7. Prohibited Uses

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity, false claims, or chargebacks without valid reason.

  • Misuse our content, product photos, or brand name without permission.

  • Resell items purchased from ThriftRise without disclosure.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our website.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on ThriftRise.com, including product photos, descriptions, logos, and brand elements, is the property of ThriftRise.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ThriftRise is not responsible for:

    • Color differences due to display/lighting.

    • Minor wear, fading, or imperfections typical of thrift items.

    • Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

10. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or policy violation.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [MUMBAI.]
