Returns are not accepted for size or fit issues when product measurements were already provided. A manual measurement variation of approximately 1–2 inches may occur. An unboxing video showing the unopened package and the complete opening process is mandatory for claims involving missing items, wrong items, damage or package tampering. Approved returns are processed after the item is received and inspected. If the issue is verified as an error from GrabPanda, applicable return/replacement shipping will be handled by us.
