ThriftRise is an online thrift-fashion store based in India. We handpick pre-loved and branded apparel like jackets, track pants, jerseys, compression wear, and more β€” offering them at thrift/budget prices but with quality assurance.

  • Browse the collections/categories on the site (e.g. Jackets, Jerseys, Compression).

  • Click the desired product, choose size/color (if options), and β€œAdd to Cart.”

  • Proceed to checkout, fill in shipping details & payment method, and confirm your order.

We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other standard Indian online payment gateways. (You can also add β€œCash on Delivery” if available in your policy.)

  • Free fast delivery upto 1kg across India, typically within 3-7 days.

  • For remote or specific locations, delivery may take slightly more time (you can add your exceptions or conditions).

  • If there is any shipping charge (for special zones), it will be displayed at checkout.

Currently, our primary shipping focus is within India. (If you offer international shipping, mention which countries and what the terms/costs are.)

We do not offer returns or exchanges for thrift/pre-loved items unless there is a genuine mistake from our side.
An exchange is only accepted if:

  • The wrong item was sent (different product, wrong size than mentioned, or not as described).

  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received β€” unused and unwashed.

If the mistake is from our side, we will arrange the exchange or replacement.
If the correct item was delivered, no return or exchange is possible for thrift items.

What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (ideally with photos). We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund once we verify the issue.

Are all items authentic/branded?

Yes. Every product is handpicked and quality checked to ensure authenticity and good condition.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number/link via email or SMS. You can use that to monitor the delivery status.

Do you offer discounts, deals, or β€œBuy 1 Get 1” offers?

Yes β€” from time to time, we run special promotions (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 free on jerseys or winter jackets).

What sizes do you offer?

We carry a range of sizes depending on the product (e.g. S, M, L, XL, etc.). Always check the product-specific size chart or description before ordering.

How does ThriftRise ensure sustainability / what’s your mission?

We aim to promote sustainable fashion by reusing and recycling pre-loved, branded apparel β€” reducing waste while giving customers access to high-quality fashion at affordable rates.

Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel the order before it is shipped.

  • Once the item is dispatched, cancellation might not be possible β€” you’d have to follow the return/exchange process.

  • Please contact our support team ASAP if you wish to cancel.

What if my item doesn’t fit perfectly?

We manually measure every item (chest, length, shoulder, etc.) and display the details on each product page.
Please check all measurements before ordering.

If any size info is missing, contact us before purchase. Since thrift items are unique, no exchange is possible if the correct item was delivered.
