1. What is ThriftRise.com?

ThriftRise.com is an online platform offering affordable, stylish, and quality thrift and vintage items. We believe in sustainable shopping and giving pre-loved fashion a second life.

2. Are your items new or pre-owned?

Most of our items are thrifted or vintage, which means they are pre-owned. However, each item is carefully inspected for quality and cleanliness before being listed.

3. Do you restock sold-out items?

No. Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited quantity. Once an item is sold out, it’s usually gone for good. Be sure to grab your favorites while they’re available!

4. How do I know what size to order?

We include detailed size descriptions in each product listing. Since thrift and vintage sizes can vary, we recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged items, with video proof shared within 24 hours of delivery.
• Size issues, reported within 3 days, with the item returned in original condition.

NOTE: Items on sale or marked as vintage/thrift are final sale and not eligible for returns.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for size issues if the replacement is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

7. How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 2–3 business days, and shipping takes:

• 5–10 business days (domestic)
• 10–20 business days (international, if applicable)

8. Do you ship internationally?
