A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and is considered for:
• Wrong item received.
• Major defect or damage that was not disclosed in the product listing.
• Significant measurement mismatch from the measurements provided on the product page.
Returns are not accepted for size or fit issues when product measurements were already provided. A manual measurement variation of approximately 1–2 inches may occur.
An unboxing video showing the unopened package and the complete opening process is mandatory for claims involving missing items, wrong items, damage or package tampering.
Approved returns are processed after the item is received and inspected.
If the issue is verified as an error from GrabPanda, applicable return/replacement shipping will be handled by us. In other cases where a return or exchange is accepted, shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
